This service is designed for producers who already have experience with technology but need assistance with equipment integration. A Fullrsfarm technician visits the field for two days to calibrate sensors, configure the mesh network, and adjust alert thresholds based on the crop and region. It includes the startup of up to 15 sensor nodes and connection to the analysis platform. A baseline report with initial recommendations is delivered.
A continuous support plan covering preventive sensor maintenance, firmware updates, battery replacement, and priority access to the technical support team. Includes two quarterly visits from an agronomist engineer to review historical data and adjust predictive models. A direct WhatsApp channel for operational inquiries is also provided. This package is recommended for clients with more than 500 monitored hectares.
