By accessing and using the Fullrsfarm platform, you agree to the following conditions. Please read each clause carefully before contracting our agricultural technology services.
Fullrsfarm provides precision agriculture systems, soil sensors, agricultural drones, and agronomic data analysis for large estates and producing companies in Argentina. The service includes access to the monitoring platform, remote technical support, and software updates during the term of the contract.
The client agrees to provide truthful information about their plots, allow physical access for the installation of sensors and drones, and maintain the minimum connectivity conditions specified in the technical appendix. Any unauthorized modification of the equipment voids the warranty.
Fullrsfarm shall not be liable for crop losses, consequential damages, or lost profits arising from delays in data delivery, connectivity failures in rural areas, or agronomic decisions based solely on platform recommendations. Our maximum liability is limited to the annual value of the contracted service.
Data generated by sensors and drones belongs to the client. Predictive analysis algorithms, machine learning models, and the platform interface are the intellectual property of Fullrsfarm. Reverse engineering, copying, or redistribution of the software without express authorization is prohibited.
The service is contracted for annual periods that automatically renew, unless a notice of non-renewal is given 30 days in advance. Fullrsfarm may immediately suspend access for non-payment or fraudulent use of the platform. In the event of early termination, unused months will not be refunded.
Fullrsfarm reserves the right to modify these terms with 15 days' prior notice by email. For legal inquiries, write to info@fullrsfarm.com or address Luna 9, Argentina. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the changes.
